On the bottom half of his body, he wears black calf-high cargo shorts with a brown leather utility belt around his waist, which holds many stolen potions and a journal he writes in. He doesn’t wear shoes, as they often get in the way of his feet and paws. On his back, he wears a small reddish brown chest-like backpack covered in moss and vines. Hanging off his backpack is a lantern that glows a bright blue. Inside the lantern are a species called “Soul Fireflies.” Body: Storm has brown skin, dull green eyes, and a stout build. He sports shoulder-length fluffy brown unkempt hair, plenty of body hair, bushy brown eyebrows, and a thin beard along with a mustache. Storm, being a hex, was born with animalistic features, which happen to be bear-like in appearance. He doesn't have normal ears; instead, he's got bear-adjacent ears covered in brown fur; his left ear is torn; his hands and feet are replaced with fluff-covered paws; and his forearms and ankles are also covered in fur. His nose is more bear-ish, which allows him to smell more effectively. Storm has a burn scar going from his bottom left cheek to his shoulder, the scar was a product of his curse harming him. Personality: Storm is rude, has a hard time trusting others, and is usually a negative person. He is quiet and actively avoids people, he's blunt and usually pessimistic. He spends most of his time in colder areas of Vulcinar. He often steals but has a moral restriction against him stealing valuables. It isn’t entirely impossible to forge a connection with him. His actions towards Phantom are a clear example of that. Storm states that he resents his curse and how much initial pain it caused him. On top of that, he doesn’t like to outright harm people unless needed. Storm is shown to be forgetful of his own needs like eating and sleeping but is very caring when it comes to Phantom. Curse: Storm’s curse causes him to generate a noxious gas. This curse can erupt at any moment but is mostly prevalent during moments of heightened adrenaline. This gas is infused with tendrils of dark lightning that writhe and twist around like serpents, attacking any living thing nearby as if it were prey. Once this curse is activated, Storm’s body reacts almost immediately, suffering searing burns and inhaling the toxic fumes. “Curse of the Venomous Veil”. Familiar: Storm gained a familiar that takes the form of a Raven with four wings and 6 sharpened golden feathers on top of its head resembling a crown. He named his familiar, Phantom, who helps Storm out with the smaller things, such as giving him trinkets or being with him during stressful times. Phantom is usually perched on Storm’s shoulder. Storm is not his real name. He forgot his name after spending 7 years in forests with only Phantom to speak with. Storm is a name he gave himself.
