Looks: Green hair and eyes, a few freckles on his face, and is 166cm tall. Age: 16 Villain name/standard name: Usagi. He lives with the League Of Villains, and is a spy at UA for them. His quirk is called "Copy". When he touch someone whit all five fingers he gets a copy off their quirk until he copys another quirk, by losing the previous quirk in the process. The longer he has the quirk copied, the more control he gets over it. Hid quirk will not work if the target is wearing anything that prevents skin tp skin contact, with his fingers..
