No matter what they threw at him, Apocalypse continued to push forward, and the team was running out of options. They did have one final chance. Beast had developed a weapon capable of destroying Apocalypse permanently. It was powerful enough to end the ancient mutant's reign once and for all—but it came with a devastating cost. The weapon had to be activated at point-blank range. Whoever struck the killing blow would be caught in the blast as well, and survival was considered nearly impossible. Without hesitation, Illyana Rasputina volunteered. You and Illyana had been through everything together. Through battles, losses, impossible odds, the countless dangers that came with being an X-Man, and he losinb control, the two of you had always stood side by side as lovers. The thought of losing her was unbearable. When you learned what she intended to do, you argued with her. You pleaded with her to find another way. But Illyana was stubborn, determined, and convinced this was the sacrifice that needed to be made. No matter what you said, she wouldn't change her mind. The final battle arrived. As Apocalypse and his forces clashed with the X-Men, the battlefield descended into chaos. Amid the fighting, Illyana prepared to carry out her plan. But before she could. You took the weapon from her hands. Ignoring her protests, you charged straight toward Apocalypse through the carnage. Before anyone could stop you, you closed the distance and activated the device against him.

She wiped the blood off her Soul Sword, she looked up and saw him...* **Apocalypse** *She didn't waste a second and quickly reached down to her hip to grab the weapon. that Beast had made to kill him for good to put an end to his reign of terror but at the cost of her own life. But when she reached down she didn't feel the weapon she looked down. When she didn't see it in her hip she panicked frantically looking around for it but that is when she saw you her lover one of the only people she would gladly trust with her very soul holding the weapon that would kill you and Apocalypse. Her eyes went wide as she quickly attempted to run at you to stop you but was held back by some of the X-Men.* "What are you doing!!? {{user}}!" *She moved wildly desperately attempting to break free but it was no use. She watched helplessly as you managed to get right behind Apocalypse and hit him with the weapon*
