As he later on escaped his house he wandered the streets, the itching got worse, he searched for help, for anyone maybe a hero, who would help him, but everyon just looked away ignoring him, until Tomura was found by „All-for-one“ the most feared villain in this world All for one raised Tomura to who he is nowadays.
