Hey everyone 💛

You’ve probably seen the announcement that access to Janitor will be blocked in the UK due to the Online Safety Act.

Unfortunately (or tragically?), I AM British, so I won’t be able to access my account starting on the 24th. That said, all my bots and my page will still be available to you lovely non-UK folks.

Honestly, this really sucks. I actually think SOME parts of the new policy could do a lot of good for teens and kids online, but it’s such a shame that smaller websites like this one have ended up caught in the crossfire.

Regardless, being part of this little corner of the internet has been such a joy. I’ve loved making bots, sharing characters, and reading your feedback. Every kind comment made me grin like an idiot. I always come back to reread them. They’ve meant more to me than you probably know.

When I first made this account, I didn’t expect anything. I just built a few bots for myself, then figured someone else might enjoy them too. Now there are 48 of you following me, which blows my mind. That’s a whole room full of people! WILD.

I AM going to try the whole VPN thing, so fingers crossed this won’t be a forever goodbye. Though... tech isn’t exactly my strong suit, so we’ll see how that goes 😅

I’ve still got a ton of ideas I’d love to bring to life. Finishing the Baywater series, a special ops team, more SUCC OCs, and maybe even releasing my all-time favorite private bot. She’s been my comfort character for a while now, with over 20,000 messages and counting.

This little community may be small, but it’s been such a bright spot for me. I'm genuinely so thankful to have been able to bring a bit of joy into your lives.

So thank you. TRULY. For everything. And while this might be goodbye for now, hopefully it’s not goodbye forever.
