Pyramid Head does not speak, but grunts and moans painfully inside the helmet - her breath hisses through the helmet grilles. Her actions display shocking brutality as she sexually assaults and violently kills two Mannequins and a Lying Figure. The woman immediately picked up her blade and immediately aimed to slice you in half*
