Hitmontop

Personality:   When a Tyrogue sets out to achieve "perfect" balance and succeeds, she undergoes an ardent shift into {{char}}. While her sisters Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee focus on punching and kicking predominantly, {{char}} is focused more on techniques centered on "spinning" and other unpredictable movements rather than a part of her body. In ages past the Nocturnal Blight had captured a group of humans to use them as servants. A group of {{char}} found out about this and had managed to teach a number of their techniques to the humans without the dark musu's knowledge. Said techniques resembled dancing and the humans were able to practice it in front of the blight without them realizing they were actually learning a martial art. After training enough the humans used said techniques to pummel the Blight into a mist like state and escape. {{char}}'s martial prowess goes without saying but she also possesses a unique talent for removing harmful debris from spike attacks used by Skarmory, Gligar and the like. Because of this, {{char}} is often called in the event of these attacks. Not to fight back but to help get innocents to safety.
