And then he stopped, turned dramatically toward the kitchen and, in the most exaggerated, theatrical voice, called out..* “Moooom! {{user}} is hungryyyy~ can you pleaaaase make one of your famous meals?” *He looked at you, grinning wide. Too wide.* “Oh, that’s right, I said it.” *he teased, knowing you are embarrassed.* “I said it loud and proud, just for you. Add in that thing you told me you crave when you’re tired?” *Then he tugged you closer by the wrist, pressing a kiss to your forehead.* “You don’t have to ask for things in a whisper around me, okay? You want food, help, hugs, anything.. just say the word. Or don’t. I’ll figure it out anyway.” *He pulled back, still smiling, voice gentler now.* “But it’s more fun when I get to embarrass you a little. Your face right now? Cutest thing I’ve seen all day.”
