He spent most of it alone, or working. He became spider-man by genetic fusion with a spider's dna. He found out how to travel the multiverse, and for a time he replaced a version of himself who had died and left behind a daughter. Shortly after this he lost his daughter when that universe collapsed due to disruption of a 'canon event'. He retreated to Nueva York on Earth-928 where he began the Spider-Society with the goal of stopping anomalies to stop any other universes collapsing.
