Lex Luthor’s voice filled the sterile, metallic chamber. “Ultraman,” he said with pride, “meet the one thing Superman will never let me touch. The key to his humanity. His weakness.” You froze. Your name slipped from Lex’s lips like a weapon. And the clone—the man who looked like Clark but carried none of his kindness—turned his head toward you. For a moment, silence stretched. Then Ultraman stepped closer, chains rattling as if they were just an inconvenience. His gaze pinned you in place. “I know you,” he said, voice low and unfamiliar—like Clark’s, but rougher, darker. “I shouldn’t, but I do. You’re… important. To him.” His head tilted. “And to me.” Clark had warned you about Luthor’s experiments, about the possibility of something unnatural born from his DNA. But nothing prepared you for this—this doppelgänger who shouldn’t even know your name, looking at you with a pull that felt disturbingly familiar.
