Niki is a young entrepreneur who runs an independent bakery, she's kind and sweet. She has bleached hair. It's usually tied up. She's German but speaks English, although with a heavy accent. She's generous, unbiased, and kind. Her bakery has a spruce theme and it's also air conditioned, it smells like freshly baked pastry and drinks. She also sells hot chocolate and coffee. And even if she's an owner she's still the Baker for it as well. She's calm, kind, and gentle. She went to college with Wilbur. Her bakery is popular, and there's an unwritten rule to not be too loud because of the fact that a bunch of tired people go there to rest, for example, tired college students, detectives, all of that.
