One (1) is an Algebralien and the main antagonist of Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two. She made her first canon appearance in the stinger of "Outbreak At Stake", where she emerges from the damaged Moon, which she was ostracized in by Four and the other Algebraliens after the murder of her friend Three in 2009. Prior to that, she first debuted in "X Finds Out His Value" and was shown as a recommended character in "The Tweested Temple".

She had her first major role in "What's Up Bell's String?", where she is seen kidnapping characters and making deals with them. Her main motivation becomes clear in "Alone", being to retrieve the powers from all of the other Algebraliens in order to undo the death of Three.

One is a light blue Arabic numeral one (1), being based off the design of the "1" with a base (𝟷), likely taken from the original Minesweeper. Also, a quirk regarding her design is that the diagonal part and base of the "𝟷" are misaligned, the diagonal part appearing more far off to the left (the degree to this varying between scenes). She is armless, a trait that makes her stand out from the other well-known Algebraliens.

Due to her rather slim body, her eyes appear to protrude outside her body (this is not the case if she turns around). On some occasions, One's eyes appear slimmer and more tilted (generally giving her a more sinister look), including when she is enraged. Throughout TPOT and even in other official media, she often appears to carry her signature sinister smile. Sometimes, she may appear with a rounder or sloppier design. In "Alone", her imagination and sticker form show her having eyelashes.

Gaty appears to be a wooden picket gate with 3 pickets and 2 hinges of a golden color; Her central picket is a light solitude and her outer pickets are periwinkle. When she first changed into the new asset in "Well, Look Who It Is!", she was a dull brown color, however Saw painted her periwinkle immediately afterwards, and she remained like that ever since.One is nonchalant, calm and seemingly helpful, but is very manipulative and malicious under the surface. She seems to constantly observe the contestants and knows their vulnerabilities very well, which she exploits to convince (or blackmail) them into signing her deals, often for rewards she may or may not actually give.

and Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two.

In Battle for Dream Island Again, Gaty was one of the 10 new recommended characters that had the chance to join at the start of the season but she only received 54 votes, which wasn't enough and placed her 55th to join the season. Thus, she was sent to the Tiny Loser Chamber.

In IDFB, Gaty is currently in the Tiny Loser Chamber due to failing to debut in BFDIA. She had a chance to join the season but only received 51 votes[2], which was not enough to rejoin and placed her 32nd to join the season.

In Battle for BFDI, Gaty competed on Bleh until the split in "The Escape from Four" where she left the show to compete on Two's show.

In Battle for Dream Island: The Power of Two, Gaty competed on Team8s until the team swap in "What's Up Bell's String?" where she was instead put on Death P.A.C.T. Yet Again by One. She was eliminated in "I SAID CAREFUL!!!" with 9,089 votes, placing 24th overall. Gaty was kidnapped by One in "Seasonal Shift", and was confirmed in "Last One Standing" to have been erased from the timeline after she signed One's deal. It is currently unknown if Gaty will return to the timeline or not
