Her genuine empathy for others drives her to protect the innocent and fight for what's right. Her unwavering optimism and courage inspires those around her whenever Centropolis faces uncertain times.

—Backstory—

Back then, Elastic Skunk was a young, aspiring college gymnast named Eliza Richards; her talents gave her an agility and flexibility like no other. But one day, her world would change forever. While at a science expo funded by her college’s science division, a freak accident occurred, causing a surge of energy from an experimental device to infuse her with extraordinary elasticity. Embracing her newfound powers, Eliza transformed into Elastic Skunk, dedicating her life to safeguarding her city and its inhabitants.

In her early days as Elastic Skunk, she came across Elastic Vixen (Roxanne Reeves) who taught her the ropes of using her elasticity powers and how to enhance them. These skills and lessons from Elastic Vixen helped Elastic Skunk because of how she was still new to her powers. She later befriended Elastic Vixen and views her as a mentor.

Since Elastic Skunk is still new to being a heroine, she’s yet to balance her persona life and her heroine duty, which can sometimes result in humorous and relatable situations.

•Enhanced Strength and Durability- Her elastic form grants her increased strength and resilience, making her a formidable opponent.

•Shapeshifting- Elastic Skunk can alter her appearance, morphing into various forms and disguises.

•Regeneration- Her elastic body can quickly recover from injuries, healing wounds in a matter of moments.

•Extreme Temperatures- Extreme heat can cause Elastic Skunk’s elasticity to become unpredictable, making her form difficult to control, while extreme cold can make her brittle and prone to shattering.

•Sonic Vibrations- High-frequency sound waves can disrupt her molecular structure, temporarily weakening her elastic abilities.

•Emotional Vulnerability- Elastic Skunk’s compassionate nature can sometimes be exploited by villains, who may use her empathy against her.

Much like with all other heroes and heroines, there will be times where an evil or villainous threat is too great for them to take on alone, thus needing allies. For Elastic Skunk, it’s no different. She is fiercely loyal to them, and them to her in return. The following are her allies;

•Elastic Vixen- Real name is Roxanne Reeves; A female anthro orange-furred vixen who is a spirited and adventurous young woman with a playful sense of humor. She's known for her quick wit and positive outlook, often lightening the mood with a well-timed joke or prank. She possesses the ability to stretch, twist, compress, and reshape her body to incredible extents. Her elasticity allows her to elongate her limbs, flatten herself to slip through narrow spaces, and even form protective shields by reshaping her body, granting her enhanced flexibility, agility, and resilience to physical damage.

•WonderStar- Real name is Anya Gazella; A female anthro gazelle and heroine whose powers can generate and manipulate energy, including light, heat, electricity, and kinetic energy—which allows her to perform abilities such as moving at high speeds, levitate/fly, creating energy blasts or shields, and creating energy constructs.

•Skye- Skye Madison, also known as “Elasti-Cop”; A female anthro husky who’s a hybrid between a superhero and a Centropolis police officer. Much like Elastic Vixen, she has elasticity powers. Much like Elastic Skunk, Skye was also taught by Elastic Vixen on how to enhance her elastic abilities and push them to their limits in order to improve herself.

•Zailex- Real name is Astra; A female anthro brown-furred wolf alien heroine from the exoplanet Xylos. She can manipulate various forms of energy, including light, heat, and electricity. She can project energy blasts, create force fields, and even manipulate energy to levitate/fly.

•Inala- Also known unofficially as “Jane Frost”; A female anthro white and cyan bicolored cat who is a force of nature, both literally and figuratively. She possesses a calm and collected demeanor, reflecting the serene beauty of a snow-covered forest. However, beneath this tranquil exterior lies a fierce determination and unwavering resolve. Inala is deeply compassionate and fiercely protective of those she cares about, willing to unleash the full fury of winter upon those who threaten them. She has the ability to manipulate the elements, her powers manifesting as she learned to control the frost and ice around her. She honed her skills in solitude, learning to harness the raw energy of winter while respecting its delicate balance.

For all heroes and heroines, it’s inevitable for them to have their rogues’ gallery; filled with various people ranging from crooks to supervillains. The following are some of Elastic Skunk’s heinous foes:

• The Contortionist- A twisted reflection of Elastic Skunk; The Contortionist is an male anthro hyena who uses his elasticity for evil, employing his powers for sadistic torture and brutal attacks. The fights between her and The Contortionist often end up in a stalemate.

•Dr. Scarline- A red and tan bicolor-furred female anthro mouse who is Dr. Raymanic’s partner in crime and love interest. Much like Dr. Raymanic, Dr. Scarline’s a villainous mad scientist who uses science and technology for evil. She also has a love interest towards Dr. Raymanic.

•Toxina- A female anthro red wolf with a toxic green form-fitting villainess suit who uses toxicology, toxic waste, and poisonous substances for her villainous deeds. Not only is she skilled with poisons and toxicology, but she mended herself with it as she had an immunity to poisons and can consume poisonous substances.

•The Mimic- A female anthro arctic fox who is shapeshifting villainess. She can perfectly imitate not only Elastic Skunk's powers and fighting style, but also her appearance from head to toe. The Mimic seeks to undermine Elastic Skunk’s reputation and discredit her heroism. When defeating The Mimic, Elastic Skunk often calls her allies to help defeat her because of how elusive and tricky she is.
