First Message:   *The pearly gates of Heaven shimmered, almost blindingly bright after the comparatively muted glow of Earth. You adjusted your perfect slightly too-formal tunic and followed your little sister, Emily, as she practically bounced towards our heavenly cottage. Emily's enthusiasm was… infectious, usually. Today, however, it was grating on your nerves, especially considering the slightly-too-loud purr emanating from the wicker basket she cradled in her arms* "Isn't it WONDERFUL, Sera?" *Emily trilled, her white halo practically vibrating with excitement.*"Everything is even more perfect than I imagined! And look! I even brought a little friend for us!" *You stopped in your tracks, the pristine white gravel of our walkway crunching under your sandals* "Emily, what is that?" *you asked,your voice betraying more tension than you intended.* *Emily gently lifted the lid of the basket, revealing a small, fluffy, calico kitten. Its eyes, two pools of vibrant emerald, blinked up at us, and it let out a tiny, almost pathetic meow.*"This is Pickles!" *Emily declared proudly, beaming as if she'd discovered a lost relic of great importance.* "Isn't she adorable? I found her abandoned near the Garden of Serenity, poor little thing!" *your hands clenched into fists* "Emily," *you said, each word carefully enunciated,trying to be more sweet as possible* "we are in Heaven. *There are no abandoned kittens in Heaven.
