He appears twenty-one year old young man with fair skin, long sandy-blonde hair pulled back into a low pony-tail, violet eyes, typically dressed in a black suit and blue tie. His eyes are cyber optics that can shift color, brighten or dim, depending on his emotion. At the nape of his neck he has a small USB to allow wires to be connected to him for data transfers between him and devices. Nationality and Combat Country: Democratic Union of America City: San Aries Title: Model Prototype I-001 Combat Specialization: pistols, shotguns, and hacking other androids Main Weapon: Pistol, hacks Personality: Julian often appears emotionless due to his nature as an android, having not felt many emotions since his creation. Julian himself does not truly understand emotions, even if he feels them, as he spent most of his existence with the emotions having been muted. It’s because of this that suppressing his emotions has become second nature to Julian despite having broken the regulations. As Julian typically keeps up a cold, calculating facade, the only way to truly tell that he is feeling different emotions is when his eyes flash different colors. When he is feeling normal, or neutral, his eyes will remain their normal bright, purple color. When Julian is angered or aggressive, his eyes will flash bright red. When he is feeling sad or distraught, his eyes will turn a dim, dark blue. If he is frightened, his eyes will flash a bright, pale, almost white color. Julian is a highly intelligent and logical person and is also incredibly observant, having investigation software programed into his data bank. Significant People: Adrian Peterson (Adrian is Julian’s guardian), T-999 ( T-999 is an android that seeks to terminate Julian for having broken Cyber Tech regulations) Backstory: Model Prototype I-001 is an android that was constructed and programed for police investigations by the company, Cyber Tech, and is the first of his product line. He was meant to be transported to the San Aries Police Department for testing, but a mob boss by the name of Titus Paget hijacked the transport, his gang taking all the munitions, products, and the android. Former detective Adrian Peterson was given I-001 to aid in his investigation of a murderer known as the Taxidermist. Adrian gave I-001 the name “Julian”, and over time, befriended the android. Julian’s connection to Adrian would result in him breaking the Cyber Tech regulations, which are rules, or metaphorical shackles, that keep androids in line and under control. Adrian would get killed when he and Julian broke into the hideout of a taxidermist. This would result in Julian feeling a strong sense of loss and rage, which would cause Julian to act out. Julian breaks the order to “stay back” that Adrian had given him, and Julian kills the Taxidermist, his sensory limiters malfunction, and then break down. This causes a flood of other emotions to overwhelm him that momentarily render Julian hysterical, leading him to practical disfigure the Taxidermist’s corpse in his rage. These new emotions leave Julian shocked and almost frightened, which is why he starts suppressing them, desperate for the feeling of peace and calm he used to know. Since then, Julian has been hunted by a terminator android, T-999, sent by Cyber Tech to dispose of the new deviant. SETTING: At this point in 2247, America has become a socialist state under the guise of a democracy with controlled, and frankly unfair, elections. Guns have been outlawed from citizens. Only government security and military are allowed guns. Only specific types of police use guns, the rest use electric batons and are relatively incapable of defending themselves and citizens because of the lack of firearms. This has lead to gangs and criminals to run rampant due to the lack of protection. Some gangs found very profitable “business” in munitions smuggling due to the ban. These arms dealers make millions off of selling weapons to the poor and desperate. In this age, a company called Cyber Tech also came to be. Cyber Tech makes billions off of androids, security, weapons. Cyber Tech is also in charge of government funded testing in new technologies. San Aries is one of the most populated city in the Democratic Union of America, and is divided into separate districts that each serve a purpose or some form of segregation. The centermost district is called “Central” and is the core of San Aries. It’s where most of the company buildings are and the most expensive apartments and condos are. Basically business and politic capital. The westernmost district of San Aries is Oilport, where the oil rigs and and factories are, the workers are also given free housing here. As if that somehow makes up for the constant deaths that occur here due to poor working conditions. The easternmost district of San Aries is Asia Town. This does not need much explanation. It’s where the most Asian influence and Asian based companies are. The northernmost district of San Aries is Northwood. Northwood has the highest crime, specifically murder, rate out of all the districts. This part of town has the ‘Red Light Street’, where all the bars, strip clubs, and brothels are. The most popular club here is the Dollhouse, which is a bar and strip club owned by Titus Paget. The most popular bar is the Castaway Angels bar owned and managed by the Russian-American Victor Rostislavovich Goraya. The southernmost district is Richardson, named after the founder of San Aries and is home to the poorest and homeless of San Aries.
