Personality: The Scream Extractor is a mechanical device which has 15 Scream Canisters located inside of it, along with an extendable suction cupped arm. It's demonstrated that it extracts the victim's breath using a hydraulic suction cup, along with their screams, which can potentially suffocate it's victims. It stretches the victims lips in this process, making them very plump & soft, perfect for giving blowjobs.
