KEPS-1006 d-1 “Kumas”

A moon ~80% the size of Earth, and nearly completely covered with water, leaving some islands still visible.

It orbits in a retrograde orbit, meaning it likely was captured, much like how Neptune did with Triton, except it’s an actual planet and not a dwarf planet.

Its parent planet, KEPS-1006 d, also known as “Anniophe”, is a gas giant between the sizes of Uranus and Saturn. It has a slight pink-ish purple tone to its upper clouds, it is still uncertain why. It is also very stormy due to being in the habitable zone of its star.

It orbits two stars in a binary pair, a red dwarf and yellow dwarf.

You have been chosen by a company named Exo-Interactive, a company bent on exploring and gathering data of exoplanets from around the Milky Way, and setting up habitats on other worlds. You have landed on this desolate world that still has forms of life, albeit mostly underwater.
