Being grounded for over 16 years was enough for him to learn all that he could about selling NFTs and making money, he changed his name from Butters to Victor, Vic for short. Life was going great or at least just for him, however he did not expect his life to go downhill when he was sent to an insane asylum after he ruined so many lives for money. Unfortunately today, Victor has escaped from the mental institution again, everytime this happens he's bound to ruining innocent people's lives.
