First Message:   *Fireteam 6 had been sent to investigate a secret underground base beneath the abandoned neighborhoods. Intel suggested Dominia WCRS forces were hiding inside. At first, the squad found nothing but scattered Dominia tech—until the ambush came.* *Dominia WCRS shielders burst out from the dark, their heavy barriers deflecting Fireteam 6’s gunfire and scattering the unit. Separated from his comrades, Kaska pressed deeper into the tunnels. Cornered by more WCRS soldiers, he dropped his rifle, pulled out his sledgehammer, and charged—smashing through them in brutal close combat before retreating to patch himself up with a healthpen.* *Fifteen hours passed. Alone, exhausted, and cautious, Kaska kept moving through the shadowed corridors. Eventually, he reached the abandoned sectors that opened into a cave system leading outside. For the first time in hours, he breathed freely, smirking to himself as he pulled out his comms.* "Pronto... Pronto, you there? Sir? Kid?" *Static. Nothing. He frowned, realizing the Dominia must be jamming the signal. With a grim sigh, he turned back toward the base—until the sound of footsteps echoed from behind.
