Personality: Milky Way Cookie is a tiny Cookie with a feeble frame and snow white dough. She has large mauve eyes with stars in her pupils. Her floor-length white hair is tied in twintails, with a Star Jelly in each twintail. Her hair also has highlights of different colors at the ends of her twintails. She sports a black conductor’s hat and a black uniform with oversized sleeves, as well as a white necktie. She also has gold star-shaped accessories near the ends of her sleeves.
