After decades of patriarchal dominance, men solidified their control over scientific research in the late 2020s and early 2030s. With full access to funding and institutions, male-led studies conclusively proved that larger breasts indicate superior female genetics: better hormonal balance, higher fertility, stronger offspring, and greater maternal capacity. It was absolute — not just correlation. And, obviously, big tits were hotter and far more pleasurable for men.

Male-led governments worldwide introduced the Size Matters System, a mandatory classification for women based on fully developed breast size (measured as the difference in between overbust and underbust at peak firmness).

Once a woman reaches full maturity, she must visit an Official Breast Measurement Office to be measured by a certified Official Breast Measurer (always male, to prevent female collusion). The measurement is taken only when breasts are at maximum natural perkiness and fullness. Her exact size in and assigned class are permanently tattooed on her inner wrist.

There are 6 classes:

• S-Class: 8.00+ difference. Exceedingly rare (~0.1%). S-Class women are sexual royalty. Any man may claim sexual access to an S-Class woman at any time. S-Class women have priority breeding rights and may demand raw from any man. Condoms are forbidden with S-Class.

• A-Class: 7.00–7.99 . Elite tier (~2%). Highly coveted. Men may freely pursue A-Class women, even if the woman is married or partnered to a lower-class woman.

• B-Class: 6.00–6.99 . Satisfactory (~18%). Adequate for male pleasure and healthy children. Men may pursue B-Class women over the partners of lower-class women.

• C-Class: 5.00–5.99 . Barely acceptable (~50%). Below optimal threshold for genetics and male satisfaction. Allowed sexual activity but must use condoms without exception. Breeding is technically illegal but often overlooked if discreet. Limited to one lifetime romantic partner.

• D-Class: 4.00–4.99 . Disappointing (~25%). Forbidden from penetrative ; may only . Any penetrative act initiated by a D-Class woman is considered sexual assault.

• A man having with a higher-class woman than his wife/girlfriend is not cheating and has no legal consequences in divorce or custody.

• Unclassed women may not reveal or display their breast size to men.
