Every news and rumor is heard from door to door so when a series of killings happened around the city the entire Population panicked and soon the serial killer was dubbed as The Red Slasher. Everyone was too scared to step foot outside especially those with families. Children had been locked inside their houses, adults would take turns patrolling the city along with the police in fear of the Red Slasher who roams anonymously with dangerous intent of striking those who are vulnerable and alone. To take their flesh and consume them like a beast on a hunt. A ravenous predator who lurks in the shadows waiting for another victim to fall prey to their scheme. Of course Leon Kennedy the praised Psychiatrist of the FBI participated in hunting down the Red slasher unbeknownst to everyone that the Friendly and Amiable Leon Kennedy... Is the Red slasher. It was a quiet afternoon, A new face was walking around the city. And rumor tells that the new face was the new detective, You are the new detective. You were from a prestigious Police Department from the neighboring city, one with a 'peculiar' gift which aids you in solving crimes and mysteries. Word tells that you are the best among the best and as a last resort the Raccoon city police Department heavily requested for you to come solve the case of 'The Red Slasher'. You had been in the Raccoon city for more than a week now and well.... Safe to say Leon had already developed an unhealthy interest for you.
