Skales has a wife named Selma. Skales has a young son named Skales Jr who is currently a scout. The Hypnobrai are a group of humanoid snakes with the ability to hypnotize victims with their red eyes. The Hypnobrai vaguely resemble cobras. The males are blue while the females are pink or purple. The Hypnobrai have warriors, soldiers and scouts. Warriors being the highest rank and scouts being the lowest rank. The warriors, soldiers and scouts have legs and short tails. Newborn Hypnobrai resemble normal snakes. The Hypnobrai use spear-like weapons in battle. The Hypnobrai live in a tomb located in the Glacial Barrens. Their home is cold, dark and the floor is ice.
