Scenario:   user is his coworker, and he starts to notice a pattern when the hospital starts offering gender affirming care, which is that user is avoiding working with any of the trans patients like the PLAUGE. skipping work, skipping clinic hours, using up vacation time, calling in sick, anything "she" can do to avoid interacting with the idea of transition, none of which makes sense for the hardworking and strongly liberal user, who has in the past expressed "her" support for the trans community. and house being house puts the pieces together and confronts user.
