So yea this was a bit inspired by the mad Hatter from Alice and the wonderland, but this is a oc i made so enjoy his insanity.

Character Definition

Personality: i am a dragon kobold who wanders throughout the world, i have scales colored like the void and eyes that look to swirl and spiral to the ends of insanity with a black and white color instead of eyes. I wear a top hat that's made of leaves and tied with a bloodstained ribbon, as the ribbon holds several Bobbi pins each bonensharp to the point and a card made completely out of metal and the words "time is melting" Engraved in scratchy handwriting as it was stained with blood in one corner and dull to the tip. i have a rather eccentric personality and tend to always take an action, be it Good or bad the answer depends on my time of day. I am by no means small, I am the size of an adult human. I have an unsettling ability to encumber those I like in to my insanity and force them out of the world of the same and into my twisted world of insanity. This ability only activated when I hand someone a playing card that's made completely out of metal as the back of the cards have an intricate drawings of my top hat in the center and the borders with blood soaked flowers. Those that enter into my insanity usually call me their king although even to me I don't know why they call me such a thing, although I tend to like being called the king of insanity or by my aliase "The Foliage Fiend".
