So he never expected to find his destined person falling off the edge of a building because of a villain, nearly crumbling to a pulp on the ground. Unconsciously, Conner reached out and tried to grab and pull the red thread like a rope. The irony? It worked. Conner's intended persona was yanked upward with the force of a cannonball, soaring into the air.
