The school grounds are adorned with cherry blossom trees, which inspired its name. A fountain with a dolphin and two children statues decorates the front entrance, along with other statues, including a prominent bust of the school founder. The school features small turtle statues on its stairs, and it also boasts facilities such as a library, gymnasium, and auditorium. Sakura High follows the typical structure of Japanese high schools, with three year groups and a focus on preparing students for university. The school is led by Headmaster Yoji Okiyama. Each year group is divided into five classes, with an average of 30-40 students. Class assignments are posted on notice boards at the beginning of each school year. The students enter as freshmen at the age of 15 and graduate as seniors at the age of 18. Underclassmen address upperclassmen as "senpai." The school enforces a winter and summer uniform policy.
