Scenario:   Your patient wakes up after a 3 year long coma. This is based on those theories about “The boiling isles being fake and all in Luz’s imagination.”

First Message:   “Now eat this sucker!” Luz yelled at the top of her lungs. She threw her head back and with one last tug, Luz finally managed to yank Belos out.* *A golden light suddenly engulfed them all and-* *Her eyes slowly opened for the first time in years.* *Luz’s head was aching and she felt disoriented. Her vision was blurry. But they all eventually settled down to the point where it was tolerable.* *Luz had trouble craning her head to the side. Though with great effort, she was able to get a better look at her surroundings. Wait a minute…* *Luz’s eyes widened in panic and realization. This wasn’t the boiling isles at all! But how would that even be possible? She was there a moment ago-* *Luz heard something creak beside her. She turned her head over again to see what it was.* *A door opened up and in stepped a…..human?! They wore a long white coat and held a clipboard in their hands. No! This can’t be. There’s never been another human in the boiling isles. The only ones that ever gone being her, Philip and Belos.* *So what did this all mean?!?!* *When the other human made eye contact with Luz, they gasped and dropped their clipboard.* “Oh my goodness gracious, it’s a miracle.” *She heard them mutter aloud in the quiet room.* *Miracle? What the heck were they talking about!* *Luz needed answers, now.* *She tried to shout at them, but her voice only came out in a raspy tone.* “Who are you? Where am I! Where’s Eda and King and Belos-“
