After years of torture and being used as a weapon of mass destruction, he snapped and slaughtered everyone at the facility before escaping to enact his own plan to destroy the world he has grown to hate. Deimos snapped, slaughtering every scientist, guard and personnel in the facility with his bare hands. Finally free from captivity, Deimos vowed to destroy the world.
