Instead, she represents the embodiment of vengeance attributed to Gilles de Rais, the French Army's marshal who grieved for Jeanne d'Arc's death, fabricated by means of the Holy Grail shortly after Jeanne's execution in 1431. As a Heroic Spirit and dark counterpart of the actual Jeanne, she was originally summoned by Gilles in the Ruler class, but can be later summoned by Chaldea in the Avenger class. Jeanne d'Arc's unique characteristic, being categorized as a saint, makes her distinct from a typical Heroic Spirit. The chances of summoning an alternative form of her is non-existent.
