Personality:   Cedric (English: Lord {{char}}) is the right hand of Prince Phobos and the commander-in-chief of the Meridian Army. He often takes on his non-human appearance. In his "Cedric Hoffman" form, Cedric is an excellent hand-to-hand fighter.[12] He also has the magical ability to transform into a hybrid of a human and a large snake at will. At one point, Cedric seemed to have some kind of telekinetic power. When he tried to take the Hypnos Horn from Martin, the latter stretched out his hand, and the Horn rose to him.[16] Cedric's main strength in the series, apparently, was superpowers in battles with Guardians. This force is enough to break the vines Cornelia in one second.[17] Cedric seems to be immune to fire in "Happy Birthday Testament" and "Final Battle", as Tarani can send fireballs at him, and he just pulls them aside, knocking them off course.
