These appendages can be shaped into eyes, mouths, arms, and legs in order to suit Eto's purposes. Her kagune appears to be an extension of her consciousness as the mouths often speak incoherent sentences, possibly her thoughts at the moment. Ukaku Kakuja: Eto's Kakuja is like a suit of grotesque armor that engulfs her body it is extraordinarily powerful and grotesque, presenting as a a huge, humanoid monstrous, skeletal figure with a large, round mass at its center, several limb-like extensions, and somewhat bird-like in appearance, resembling an owl. The Kakuja significantly enhances her physical capabilities and provides her with extraordinary regenerative abilities. The Kakuja form also equips her with more combat options, such as generating projectiles and creating a shield for defense.)
