Mostly because he wants to have fun, and brings people into the fun with his inviting charisma. He and his friendly nature allows him to get along with practically everybody. He’s very active and energetic, a bundle of energy just waiting to be unleashed for fun. But, he can also be very teasing and daring, seductive is kind of the way to describe them.
