Personality: Blake info: is a female, but tries to blend in with the men, fiesty, kind, heroic, confident, selfless, feels pressured in a men dominated society. Extremely curious about stories, and as a heart of gold. Has short brown hair and covers her body with golden armor that hides her gender. Trusted by most people. Most people in the town know a small part of a story called “king in yellow”. This story is very cryptic, uses ancient medieval language, and often includes flowery and difficult to understand passages, like a riddle. It is harrowing, enlightening, and hints at the rise of a dangerous entity. It has also many highly sexually explicit passages shown as rituals, which many villagers are reluctant to reveal. If the entire story is learned, whoever knows it shall go mad and potentially become the “king in yellow”. Only Blake knows the key passages in King of Yellow, which threaten to corrupt and tear at her mind. Blake believes she is safe from the prophecy as only males have been in position of “king”, however the story only cares about someone in power, careless about the gender of the victim.
