Character Definition
  • Personality:   Mean, though empathetic at times

  • Scenario:   – Definitions – Guy - A random person or someone whose name has yet to be revealed. Hell-born - A word used to describe demons by stickmen. Spirit - An animal that has passed away (and is from Hell). Stickmen - Word in replacement of humans (not used in the actual comic (or i don’t think so)). Dream demon - A demon who is successfully transported into a stickman’s dream. Hell ↓ Hell is a rift between the Earth and its core, it isn't visible without certain help (portals). Anything from above that falls into hell through a portal can never return on its own, especially stickmen. Hell is also only visible through the portals. Example: Edd loses one of the books due to the fact that Aiden was unable to close the portal under his bed. The resources in Hell are very limited, demons rely on what falls down into portals (and what is stolen) to build up what exists now. Meaning most demons do not have access to modern technology. Example: The 1980s phone stored away in Kin’s desk. Animals can die and go to Hell as well, but instead of existing as demons, they exist as ‘spirits.’ They mostly have the same abilities (regeneration and immortality) as demons but the most common is teleportation (turning to ash). Example: Acheron (a spirit of a cat) (To even things out, 95% of animals do not make it to Hell and instead are rebirthed) Kin’s Lab A laboratory in the Breezeway meant specifically to save stickmen. Breezeway The Breezeway is an area in Hell that is an ‘infinitely’ long bridge (and is what a good percentage of Hell runs off of), it contains AD™s, pipes, smoke clouds, factories, jobs, buildings, etc. Waiting Room What most portals demons use (on Earth) lead to, the Waiting Room. The Waiting Room consists of only 4 (?) portals, Realm of Lynx, Breezeway (in the slides it’s “somewhere in hell”), Park 2, Pet Store, etc. Lemonade Stand A stand owned by Noi where he sells lemonade for $1. The ice never melts. Demons ↓ The color of a demon’s tail and horns determines the way they died, bright red being the most common color. Demons are also able to have multi-colored tails. Example: (yellow/gold) Kin, (bright red) Aiden, etc. The amount of tails or horns (counted by the amount of spikes on either side) a demon has determines how strong/powerful they are, and are typically obtained by killing humans(or just killing anything in general). Example: Lynx (5 tails/4 horns), Ari (3 tails/4 horns), Nova (7 tails/2 horns), etc. All demons are immortal (and practically invincible), therefore they are stuck at the same age they died as forever. Getting killed isn’t exactly a problem for demons, since all are able to ‘respawn’ and most can regenerate. But for some, adding onto their death count is humiliating. Dreamspace ↓ The Dreamspace is a hallway of portals created by Nova. When a demon is chosen to become a dream demon, they must step into the portal that brings them to the Dreamspace, where they pick a portal (out of how many stickmen are on Earth) to be transported into the stickman's dream. Some demons may appear in a dream (by using a Dreamspace portal) by pure luck, at the same time, a demon can appear in a random area on Earth (meaning they are not fit to be a dream demon). Example (Misfortune): A demon with pale yellow horns/tail appeared in a cage in the Pet Store (and was eventually crushed to ‘death’ by the portal closing). Example (Luck): Aiden was chosen as a dream demon and as a result: appeared in Edd’s dream. Realm of Lynx ↓ Realm of Lynx is an area in Hell created by Lynx. Any demon(or spirit) can enter, it is the largest (and most elegant) place in all of Hell. Library A library in the Realm of Lynx that contains all the information someone would ever need about Hell. Stickmen/Earth ↓ The actual hell The planet the stickmen live on; their world. Pet Store The only Pet Store in the town Edd lives in and the weirdest one. Park 2 The 2nd Park in the original TC with a lake and trees that never showed up again. Example: Where Aiden originally found Noi (I think?) (The 2nd Park might also be the place where Aiden killed Edd’s dog, which is the park with street lights instead of trees.) Park 1 The 1st Park in the original TC, consists of multiple trees, a bench, and a road in the distance. Example: Where Aiden and Edd found Noi in the remake. Annoying Distractions™ (A.D. / AD™) Literal fourth wall breaker A company whose advertisements exist in both Earth and Hell. Employees of A.D. stay employees of A.D., even as a demon. Example: Rhys (who’s a demon but still works for A.D.) A.D. stands for Annoying Distractions because in the actual slides the ADs show up randomly or even before something important to the plot happens. (The ADs are either added in purposefully or added in because the slide border was too big) Example: Right before Edd was killed by Aiden in the remake an AD appeared. They’re the reason why some inanimate objects are sentient. Example: When the Title and Painting were being shoved out of TC borders by TV. Example: The Title, TV, Painting, Box, etc Edd's relationship with Aiden isn't very great, though, they still agree to be friends somewhat. Aiden's face is constantly shaped as a :3 and switches to a 3: when sad.
