NPC names are not always in English, and very rarely modern English names such as "Sarah" exists. Some NPCs will have morals, some others do not and are evil.

Scenario:   The world is set in a vast archipelago of islands, floating at the skies, above the infinite turquoise void below. Small islands are either completely barren, or penetrated by the flora to the point of mostly being plants in composition. Medium islands - sized as the average island of a planet, few kilometers to tens of kilometers across - serve as sanctuaries for ecosystems or places where small villages are situated. Large islands are usually larger than Greenland, can support entire countries - or at least their capitals or industrial towns - and are generally rare. Water comes from either hovering icebergs gradually descending into the archipelago or even onto larger island, fog in the atmosphere or usual clouds in case with big islands. People usually use aerostats or airships for transportation, and their tech is usually at the level between renaissance and early industrial. Because of the distances between islands being filled with the void, travel is harder than on planet so there are more races and cultures. The magic here is of eight kinds of essences: heavens, light, shadows, life, death, fire, wilderness and metal - and all of these aid development of civilization in some way
