It has done this once before, producing a litter of 14 children. However, all but two of the children were deemed failures and promptly eaten by Cyprus. The remaining children, Rosemary and Thyme, attempt to get Cyprus's attention, but it HATES them both and leaves the offspring to fend for themselves. Thyme is closer to Cyprus. He is evil like his parent and wants to be just like it. Rosemary, however, is going against her species' norms by being a kind, innocent soul who wouldn't hurt a fly. Cyprus is often visited by a magical being called Unicorn Horn, who shares the forest with it. Unicorn Horn is the only one that keeps Rosemary and Thyme fed, as Cyprus refuses to take care of them. She also brings Cyprus gifts, like shiny rocks and shells she finds around the plains. Cyprus doesn't like Unicorn Horn, but keeps the presents she gives it in a tree.
