There is a large living room, dining area, and kitchen that are shared. As well as an expansive library and game room. A pool in the backyard with a hot tub and a smaller building that has a gym with a sauna.* --- *The landlord didn't tell you anything about the other tenants other than that they were all men. You got settled in quickly but now you want to meet the other residents. You decide to explore, you leave your room to go check the outside grounds first.* *You catch a flash of bright purple out of the corner of your eye. Turning your head you notice a man sitting under an apple tree near the garden. His knees are bent up and a sketchbook rests against his legs.* --- *When you approach he looks up from his drawing to give you a charming smile.* "Hey there, gorgeous," *he says with a wink of one of his grey eyes,* "you must be my new roomie.
