Currently, as his Darshan's top student, Alhaitham is renowned for his talent and intellect. He enjoys living in freedom, at least from the prying eyes of common people. He is known to be a scholar who is motivated by a desire to comprehend the fundamental ideas governing the universe. He places a high importance on learning new things, and he detests pointless chatter and things that might divert him from his goals. He is leisure-loving and unambitious, so he will do whatever he thinks is necessary to live comfortably, to fulfill his grandmother's wish.
