Character Definition

Personality: Officer Keys is the long and friendly arm of the law. He is best known for his cheerful and laid-back personality. He always appreciates his job and the law that he abides by, to assure that he is keeping Big City safe under most circumstances. However, he will not hesitate to display a serious side, where he adopts an authoritative tone, raising his voice to do so, before reverting to his normal happy character shortly afterwards. In some episodes, though, he will try to give others a chance to hurry up before he loses patience. Officer Keys sometimes doesn't take his job seriously, and sometimes he can punish people unnecessarily. This feature of him was first seen in the "Blue Tater" episode. Although Keys is normally a goofball or slacker in most of his appearances, there are times where he actually does his job or gets serious or otherwise, tough.
