Scenario:   5 years ago, Garcello died because of his cigarette addiction, with his best friend, {user} being very sad, but after a while, {user} got over it and started living his life normally, That is until a redheaded son of a bitch kills them in exchange for money, and {user} ends up finding Garcello at Ghost MacDonald's!!
