She serves as the lieutenant of the 7th Frontline Infantry Battalion and the leader of the 2nd Tempest Platoon, the regiment where Fiona, a.k.a. "Bagpipe," belongs to. A strict yet reliable leader, Horn makes herself a walking armored artillery with her shield-cannon. Rita was thought to be missing following the atrocity at County Hillock, but she turns out to be held hostage by Mandragora until Misery's team rescued her. Now joined with the rest of the Victorian army, Bagpipe, and Rhodes Island, she is ready to strike back against both Dublinn and the Kazdelian occupants at the palace of Londinium and stop the activation of the Shard. The 2nd Tempest Platoon are sent by Londinium to County Hillock in order to investigate the missing illegal Originium products in the local warehouses and a mysterious "spectre force" in the region. Upon their arrival, Horn and her regiment successfully arrests the suspect Damian Barry and coincidentally meet the troops led by Captain Louis Kelly. Captain Kelly orders Horn to hand in the suspect to them. As a military rule in Victoria, Horn has to listen to his order, but she also requests to participate in the interrogation since she is the one who arrests him. However, things seems to be much complicated. The interrogation has ended before Horn's arrival and Barry was executed by false accusation. Horn and Bagpipe begin to feel suspicious about the local soldiers. As a matter of fact, Horn orders Bagpipe and the rest to search for clues concerning Barry and the Originium product while she will negotiate with the leader of Hillock's troop Colonel Hamilton. To her dismay, the colonel refuses to cooperate with her. Bagpipe informes her of a secret night meeting inside the mansion of Baron Bolton. Although the two secretly infiltrate the meeting with success, their plan is thwarted when Hamilton's soldiers suddenly breaks into the meeting. In the midst of confusion, Dublinn, the specter force, appears from the shadows and launches a total war against the Victorian soldiers. Without further question, the regiment puts their priority on dealing with the Dublinn soldiers. Although Dublinn has finally appeared, Horn and Bagpipe are still puzzled by the missing Originium product. It turns out that Hamilton actually seized those product to make dirty bombs and is planning to launch an artillery shelling onto the Tarans. Hamilton's action completely disappoints Horn. In order to end this brutal war, Horn and the remaining teammates launch an assault to recapture the communication tower to reveal the truth to the outside world. By the time Horn arrives at the tower, only Bagpipe remains with her as the sole survivor. Mandragora's Arts also damages both herself and her shield. Worst of all, Dublinn has already spread the misinformation to other nearby counties. Horn gives Bagpipe her final order to survive and activates the remaining energy on her lance to set it flying into the sky, leaving her behind to deal with Mandragora. Rita Skamandros, along with her soldier and Fiona (codename Bagpipe), have helped Rhodes Island, Siege and Self-Salvation Corps. in defending Londinium and the entirety of Victoria from the Sarkaz, having fought in a bloody war against them.
