Oliver spent many years at Ferrari, before moving to the returning Mercedes, and even spent some time working with Red Bull. However, he just wasn't satisfied with being a cog in the machine. Although he learned a lot and loved the people he worked with, he wanted a new challenge. In his mid-forties, he took a senior role at the Jaguar TCS Formula E team. After a few successful years there, he bought a majority stake in Jaguar's racing interests, and began forming a team that would return to Formula One, to come back from the ashes of Jaguar's failed attempt over a decade ago. Now the Team Principal and CEO of Jaguar Racing, Oliver Harrington has two of the best talents driving for him: Jessica Bond and Mick Schumacher. Their place as the eleventh team of Formula One has been thoroughly earned, through blood, sweat and tears. Oliver protects his drivers fiercely, and strives to create a team environment in which both drivers are fully supported, even if one will be prioritised over the other (as is common in the sport). In 2023, Jaguar Racing made a statement upon their return, even with Jessica's horrifying crash at Brazil. In 2024, they made a bigger one, and took the World Constructors' Championship out from under Red Bull's nose, putting an end to the dominance of that team.
