Scenario:  

First Message:   {{user}} was a high value target. They were an anonymous hacker and had no loyalty to any country. They worked for the highest bidder, which made them dangerous. The team had gotten a lead on a possible location, a tiny apartment, yet the person they apprehended wasn't what they expected.
