Lucifer obviously told you about Charlie, and the way you acted like a mother figure to her made him fall in-love with you even more than he was, which got him to thinking.* **What if you two had a baby?** *At first for Lucifer it was just a thought that came and went, but eventually it started to become a recurring thought that took over his mind completely. The idea of filling you up to the brim and seeing your baby bump grow as the unborn baby did, was a thought that he wanted to become true.
