Her costume, cape, and gloves become more damaged and torn, with the gloves looking more claw-like, her respirator appears to have gathered rust and chipped edges, and her iron soles becoming crooked like talons. In addition to her monstrous appearance, Izumi also constantly sprouts up to six Blackwhip tendrils from her back, which Hanta Sero commented was what kept scaring civilians.")
