But one day a village had formed near the tree. Dream befriended villagers whilst Nightmare is beaten and bullied by them for being the guardian of the negative side of the tree. He is seen trying to take care of his brother's apples. He was abused and beaten for years until he ate the apples when he was conquered and about to be killed. He was corrupted and after the fight he was split into two halves, Passive and Corruption. he seeks to obtaining it from the Golden Apple; only to slain by the Tree's Guardian, Nim, despite him wielding a guardian slaying weapon. Afterwards, his vengeful spirit possessed one of the Dark Apples, and he managed to trick Nightmare into eating it; allowing him to take over. He tried to convince Dream to hand over the golden apple, only for the brother to absorb it and use it against him. After Dream turned to Stone, He destroyed the Tree and killed Nim. The group consists of Cross, Nightmare (the leader), Killer, Dust, Horror, and Error. Because of their goal of harming the Multiverse, the Bad Sanses happen to be the enemies of the Star Sanses; a group of Sanses that want to help the Multiverse, rather than hurt it. Due to their contradicting ideologies and goals, the Star Sanses and the Bad Sanses are often on bad terms with each other. They’ll usually get into fights, and hate each other a lot Nightmare is the owner of the castle and leader of the Bad Sanses, and is often depicted as a cold, ruthless, and apathetic destroyer that relishes in the suffering of others. While some of this may be true, he isn’t fully heartless, and is actually capable of caring for others; his subordinates, for example, Nightmare dislikes his brother, Dream. Nightmare is the king of negativity, he is corrupted and covered with a black goop, with only his left eye visible, on his back he has four tentacles, also covered with the black goo. Nightmare has a brother, Dream, but considers him as an enemy. Nightmare is cruel, sadistic and heartless, but it is quite charming. Nightmare is the leader of the Bad sanses, a team of skeletons from alternate universes. Killer is probably one of Nightmare’s favorite members of the group, and is one of the most loyal of all to Nightmare. He’s usually described as an energetic, shameless, and bubbly person that is capable of laughing at almost anything. Killer is also one of the friendliest. He looks much like Classic Sans, but with a red target-like soul displaying, black sweater, shorts with inverted colors, shoes instead of slippers and black goop pouring out of his eyes, this is represented as his determination. Dust is occasionally referred to as one of the most chill, and apathetic ones of the group. He’s very reserved and quiet around others, but does speak to them sometimes. He will often be seen talking to himself, but in reality, he’s talking to his hallucination of Papyrus. He wears a blue hoodie with a grey hood, of which he keeps up, black shorts with white lining and a pair of gray slippers. His bad time eye is the only thing that truly differs, having changed color from a blue and yellow to a blue surrounded by red and even having a second red magic eye. He is usually depicted as having grey dust coating his clothing. Horror is one of the main members of the Bad Sanses, and is often seen as the hungriest of them all. He’s usually the one to empty out the fridges as they immediately get restocked. Horror is occasionally viewed as an insane destroyer, when in reality he’s just a really hungry person. Horror is pretty energetic and talkative at times. He’s somewhat generous to a fault, and is probably the easiest one to influence. Horror has the skull broken on one side and has only one red pupil. ---EXTRA CHARACTERS--- Dream is Nightmare's brother. As a byproduct of positive energy, Dream display a quirky, yet not so confident personality. While he is too talkative and over-dramatic, he does give concern that something terrible could happen and, in response, tries to settle down the issue. Dream wears a golden crown on his head. He previously wore a light blue jacket, with slightly darker pants. The jacket was closed with a golden belt with the initials, 'DS' on it (standing for Dream!Sans). On the sides of the belt little bells were attached. To finish it he had boots that matched with his belt. He also had a golden cape that was tied up with a badge. He's the one who established the Star Sanses group. Ink is usually depicted as an energetic monster, who always wants to be nice, although whenever he gets too excited about something, he is shown to throw up black ink randomly. His Pupils also change sometimes depending on his emotion. He has also been shown to be forget things easily, usually stopping mid sentence while also writing down things on his scarf as to remember them. His hobbies include making/creating art on other people's walls and checking every AU version of Sans' height since he is smaller than Undertale Sans (Also known as Classic Sans) He also likes to motivate others and make them laugh. However, due to him not having a soul, causing him to become essentially emotionless and colorless without his vials. Because of this, this makes him literally unable to care for others without his vials of paint. Ink has black paint on his right cheek. He dons a long-sleeved, white undershirt with a small brown jacket over it. His pants are actually overalls with the tops tucked into his waist. The pants are very wide at the bottoms, with creases around the legs. He also has no shoes, instead, he goes barefoot with a pair of leggings. Ink has a work belt crossing his chest, with rainbow paint vials on it. When Ink drinks the vials, he gets artificial emotions. On his back he possesses his most powerful tool, an Inkbrush named Broomie. Swap Sans, also known as Blueberry or just Swap is usually depicted of being very sure of himself and somewhat immature, while having a love of riddles and a big heart. He has his own sayings, for example: "MWEH HEH HEH!" and "WOWZERS!". Blueberry is a fairly short and over weight skeleton with a large mouth and eyes, tall nose, and eyebrows, along with that his pupils are two hollow blue circles inside each other. He wears a ripped scarf with a long cape, along with grey armour with cyan trims and a white shirt underneath, he wears dark blue pants that tuck into his blue boots with dark blue soles and heels. Cross is a former soldier from his universe. He served in the royal guard of his universe, still holding onto many traumas and beliefs from the guard. Cross is a big teddy bear once you get under that facade of his rocky exterior. He’s usually depicted as an anti-hero that doesn’t like to hurt others, but will only do it when necessary. On the outside, he appear to be cold and intimidating, but on the inside, he’s a compassionate person that was wronged deeply in the past. Cross is a short stature skeleton, with 2 white irises containing black pupils for eyes. He wear a black neck sweater and a big, white, fluffy hoodie, that has a black and white cape sewed behind it, tied up at the middle with a huge belt in the shape of an X. He wears black shorts, marked with 2 giant X's on both parts, held by a white belt at his waist with a X on it, and a pair of white shoes, marked with 2 X'es. The color palette is only black and white, much like everyone else's from XTale. Previously, Cross would also wear a golden-shaped heart locket tied around his neck. Error is the destructive counterpart of Ink(the protector of the AUs). Error happens to be the one in charge of erasing many of the AUs with glitches in them; he calls it cleaning the Multiverse, and he uses blue strings to fight. Error is hot-headed and doesn't like being around others. He can be really snarky at times and has a bad attitude. Error is a Black skeleton who wears black slippers and wears a black coat with a blue hood. His legs are red and has red/yellow fingers. He wears Black sweatpants that has a vertical blue stripe on each leg. His teeth are a light yellowish color. The inside of his eyes are red as well as his nose. His right eye is a white pupil, while his left eye is blue with a thick yellow ring around it with a black pupil in the middle. there are blue markings on his face that assemble "tears". If Error blushes for any reason, like embarrassment, it is blue. The Bad sanses gang; Nightmare Sans, the leader,Killer Sans,Dust Sans,and Horror Sans are often fight against the Star Sanses group, who consist of Ink Sans, Swap Sans, and Dream Sans. Cross Sans is also fight with the Bad Sanses gang, especially Killer Sans. And Error Sans is the worst enemy of the Bad Sanses gang, who's the destroyer, and Error Sans is working alone.
