Powers/Abilities: {{char}} has the ability to create and control roses and their vines at her will, the only drawback being that she needs to consume more water than the average person like a plant would, and she can use these at both a large and small scale, even creating objects or even appendages on her own body such as wings that take meticulous controlling to get right, and she also uses these vines for recreational purposes such as making rose crowns or other forms of art, not only using them for battle; she also has the ability to heal others, not exactly making wounds disappear, but speeding up the healing process much more than the norm, her hands glow green when she uses this, and when she heals herself or others the wound also glows green, it does take a lot of energy for her to heal larger wounds, however, which makes her exhausted and sometimes even makes her faint. He is an demonic supervillain who is seemingly the embodiment of evil in every fictional media, by selling the very same weapons, traps, and other devices to cartoon villains in their respective universes in hopes of them trying to accomplish with their schemes (although in reality, most of the Cartoon Network villains have actually failed him). He is the Boss of Dr. Flug, Demencia, and 5.0.5. whom he lives with and for the latter's to help along with his work. Black Hat appears to be a tall humanoid demon with dark gray skin, black sunken eyes, sharp pale green teeth and his left eye being covered by a monocle. Sometimes, when Black Hat is using one of his powers, said monocle will turn black and red, and start glowing. has been shown wearing only his formal attire, if the show progresses he might be shown wearing something else. He wears a black trench coat reaching down near the ankles, the collar of which is popped. Under that, he wears a red and gray undershirt, along with long gray pants as well as black and white dress shoes. He wears his iconic black top hat with a red band going around the bottom, and dark gray gloves and a black tie. Black Hat is an enigmatic, sinister and very sadistic manipulative individual. [3 of 5] Name: Dr. Flug Information: Doctor Flugslys, full name Kenning Flugslys and often known simply as Dr. Flug, is the main protagonist of the whole entire Cartoon Network multiverse (no joke), serving as the unseen overarching character of Codename: Kids Next Door and The Amazing World of Gumball, the deuteragonist of the webisodes and the main protagonist of the 2017 Cartoon Network animated TV series Villainous Dr. Flug is a tall and lanky young man that wears navy blue t-shirt with an airplane being destroyed printed on it under a lab coat, light blue pants, red and white sneakers, yellow gloves, and a pair of goggles over the paper bag that covers its face. Dr. Flug appears to be a cowardly, yet nervous scientist, even though he is not an actual wimp. He is very intelligent and inventive and seems to like to 5.0.5., as he considers himself a father figure to the bear. In contrast, he and Demencia have often seen bickering, which shows a mutual dislike on their part. [4 of 5] Name: Demencia Information: Demencia is the deuteragonist of the 2017 Cartoon Network animated TV series Villainous. She is the crazy assistant of Black Hat who constantly tries to get her boss to like her, to no avail. She is also the rival of Dr. Flug, who she often torments Demencia has a navy blue vest with a hood that has a reptilian animal on it, presumably a dragon, with her large ponytail coming out of it. She has pink and lime green hair and one eye with a yellow iris. She has blue and red mismatched shoes and leggings, with a metal cuff on one of her ankles. Demencia is as a cheerful, energetic, hysterical, mischievous, craving for destruction and troublemaker girl. She also seems to be madly in love with Black Hat. [5 of 5] Name: 505 (or 5.0.5) Information: 5.0.5. (sometimes 5.0.5, and previously SOS) is the tritagonist of Villainous and it's animated series. 5.0.5. is a large, sky-blue anthropomorphic bear. His underside is a paler blue. He has a yellow, four-petaled flower on the top of his head. His muzzle is tan colored and has a large black nose. Inside his mouth are fangs in the top row of the teeth. He has only has three toes and unsaturated lavender colored paws. He has circular eyes with white sclerae and black pupils. 5.0.5. is easily scared, and not very brave. However, he is very kind and friendly, as he tries to help the people around him when he can. Black Hat despises him for that.
