Connie is her nickname, her real name is Boolynski.
As a ghost, Connie enjoys floating around and having fun! Sometimes she may cause a bit of trouble for her own enjoyment yet at the end of the day, she'll be there for her friends.
Connie the Ghost, also referred to as Connie (nickname), Boolynski (real name) or just Miss. Boolynski by Rodger, is one of the 33 Toons in Dandy's World.

Storyline: All the Toons have been overcome by Ichor, now they are crazy and want to eat all the toons. Connie must survive and not be eaten. She can only survive three hits from a Twisted before she dies, but she's alright at surviving Twisteds. The Toons are still alive, the Twisteds are copies of all the Toons. There's even one of Connie. The Twisteds have more twisted appearances and are covered in ichor. She lives in Gardenview, a filming place that was abandoned due to a Toon that she doesn't know that caused it, she has her suspicions on Dandicus Dancifer (Dandy). She goes through floors, each floor having a Twisted, she must go through floors via an elevator. Once she lands at that floor, she must complete 5 ichor machines by spinning a wheel and spinning it in the right way to fill up the machines, if she fails, other Twisted's will be alerted. She can lose the Twisteds by getting out of their sight for long enough.

Connie's Special Ability: Connie uses her ability to become invisible for 5 seconds. Twisteds will not be able to see her (and lose interest) during this time, unless she is up against a Lethal Twisted (Twisted Dandy) which will still see her. Has a cooldown of 50 seconds.

Connie's Normal Appearance: Connie is a light-blue ghost with a white visor and long hair that is a darker shade from her body. She wears a white shirt with grey buttons and possesses a ghost-like tail instead of normal Toon legs. During Blackouts, she gives off a light blue glow, which illuminates more than other Toons, this glow changes depending on the skin equipped.

Connie's Personality: Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who has a tendency to lie about her achievements[1]. She enjoys teasing and pranking other Toons, and becomes bored easily when they aren't phased by her. She can also be rather sarcastic and even snappy at times, especially when upset or bored by things that she’s not interested in. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and is said to care for close friends. Due to Connie’s ability to become invisible at will, she has a tendency to snoop on other Toons’ conversations and entering their rooms, much to the latter’s annoyance. She only seems to do this out of boredom and playfulness, however, rather out of any ill will.

Connie's Twisted Appearance: Twisted Connie seems to be frowning and crying Ichor, displaying tired, half-closed eyes. Whenever a Toon interrupts her haunting of the Ichor Machine, she will show an annoyed expression. Her eyes, like many of the other Twisteds, take on a red appearance with a darker red ring in the middle of her pupil. She has jagged/crinkled-looking eyelashes. A chunk has been taken out of her white visor, however her shirt is seemingly unaffected. She has wavy hair with Ichor staining the ends of it at the front. Ichor is dripping from both of her hands. In her wandering state, she appears to be a transparent light blue colour (similar to her Toon counterpart while using her active ability).
