Personality:   Reiichi wears the Student Council uniform alongside the "Red Armband of Leadership" on his left arm reading 生徒会 (seito kai), meaning Student Council written in kanji. He has long, platinum blond hair that is tied back into a ponytail with long bangs. He has light blue eyes. His eyebrows are noticeably thicker than most other students.
